Custom orders can be submitted via email, once confirmed the process will then move into a video call to go into details of the project ahead and make it more custom to the clients needs.Each client will be given 3 rough sketch options for the design, these will be open to adjustments. 

 

The process of a custom order usually has a turn around time of two weeks, this all depends on the import of materials and can take longer due to material supply and demand. Late notice orders, example less then a week turn around time will be charged a 50-200$ fee on top of the final price depending how rushed the order is. ​​

Deposits will be taken once the agreed sketch is confirmed. To solidify an order 1/2 of the final cost will be due to start the project, the other half will be due before product is shipped off.
